KimberlyGiven that the island is just three miles long and a half-mile wide, just about any hotel that you choose will be close to the lovely beach! That being said, the Coral Sands has just gone through a gorgeous renovation. Dunmore Beach, Runaway Hill, Ocean View, Baretta's Seashell Inn and Pink Sands are directly on the beach. Romora Bay, The Landing and Valentine's are on the harbourside, and Bahama House, Tingum Village, Red Apple Inn and Royal Palm Hotel are all "inland."

Have a great vacation!

chickMy husband abd I are trying to plan a 1st visit to H.I. in April. Can anyone help me decide on a convienient hotel near Pinks Sands Beach and within walking distance to some historical sites worth seeing? I had been looking at Coral Sands, any input on the older rooms as these look like the only affordable ones on the island. Please help!
Thanks,
Joan
