Fig Tree News TeamThe National Art Gallery of the Bahamas is seeking individuals who are able
and willing to teach children (and or adults) informal classes using the
following processes and materials. You dont have to be an expert, but a high
degree of ability and the skill to effectively convey ideas in teaching
format is necessary.

Basketry and Plaiting
Weaving
Quilting
Etching
Woodcuts
Screen Printing
Photography
Glass (blowing, mosaics, stained glass etc.)
Fiber Arts (rug hooking,knitting, crochet)
Ceramics
Figure Drawing
Still Life Drawing
Illustration
Caricature
Beading
Book Making and paper arts (collage, papier mache etc)
Calligraphy
Wood Carving
Watercolour painting
Oil painting

Metal/Black smithing (welding, lost wax techniques)
