|patonguana||Today at 10:00 am in Nassau, the Bakers Bay developers Discovery Land Company, under threat of an injunction agreed not to do any work at the site until the January 30, 2005 court date. It still has all the implications of an injunction but the court did not make the order. The developer did it in order to avoid having the court do it.
The court ordered "the initial Judicial Review to be re- tried on its merits by a new judge in Freeport. That case was dismissed without just cause on a technicality and therefore the case was ordered to be re-tried."
Good news and the fight goes on!!!!
