BellaThanks Kimberly. To answer the first question a macrobiotic chef is a chef who cooks to the apecifications of the macrobiotic diet. This ia a somewhat complicated diet featuring quite a bit of grains, fruits and veggies. Quite a number of people subscribe to this for health, weight loss and cancer treatment and prevention.

KimberlyLuido at Cove Eleuthera makes macrobiotic dishes. In the meantime, aren't scored conch, conch salad considered 'raw' foods, since they're not cooked? If so, you can't beat the offerings at Queen Conch on Bay Street in Harbour Island. (Hi, LaVaughn and Richard. No goat pepper, please .)
