Fig Tree News TeamA chorus of beautiful island voices greeted the Easter sunrise at this morning's service at the Coral Sands Beach Bar, led by Brother Wayde Higgs and Sister Margueite Pennerman. Homemade cookies, coffee and tea prepared by Coral Sands staff greeted the early morning revelers.

The 11 o'clock Easter service at Wesley Methodist Church will be graced with the sounds of the powerful Boys Brigade Band led by Cpl. Howie Pinder. James Dickey's generous donation of a brand-new pipe organ to the church will be unveiled.

Post-church activities are expected to include an afternoon calypso fest at the Bottom Harbour Beach Club, Eleuthera.

Happy holiday celebrations to you and your family, wherever in the world you may be.

[And for those of you keeping score at home, today is Karol King-Black's __th birthday. Feel free to commiserate with her via e-mail at kkingblack@att.net. But you didn't see the news here, okay?]
