Valentine's Resort will include forty-six new studio, one, two and three bedroom condominium villas ranging in size from 600 square feet to 1,950 square feet each. These fully furnished residences will be constructed in four two story buildings with lofts above the second floor, and will feature "island style" architecture reminiscent of the charming, historic homes on Harbour Island. With their colorful clapboard sided walls, shuttered dormer windows, large covered porches, white trim and wood shingle roofs, these luxurious Villas will provide a unique experience for the cruising sailor who seeks a "home base" in the Bahamas, or for a vacationing family that hopes to create long term memories on magical Harbour Island.
When our Owners are not in residence, the units may be put into Valentine's Hotel operation for daily or weekly rentals, earning revenue for the Owners. All maintenance and housekeeping will also be provided by Valentine's so as to provide a "hassle-free" ownership experience. Here you will find your island paradise home and forever leave your heart at Valentine's.
The Villas at Valentine's are designed to capture the light and color of traditional Bahamian décor, while at the same time providing the modern amenities and luxuries for today's way of life. All of our Villas come completely furnished, and feature hardwood floors, designer fabrics, and island-style artwork and accessories. Each one and two bedroom Villas also comes with a fully appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops, appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware. Whether for a weekend retreat, a seasonal residence, or a year-round home, the Villas at Valentine's offer you and your guests the perfect living space at your island paradise home.
Each Villa at Valentine's includes a large covered porch with wood rocking chairs to let you relax while overlooking the harbor and resort style pool set amidst beautifully landscaped grounds. Although fully airconditioned, our Villas are designed to let the island breezes flow, so that at night, you and your guests can capture the delicious aromas of bougainvillea, jasmine, and honeysuckle as your relax under the large ceiling fan provided in each bedroom. You may also enjoy the sounds of a tropical rain shower as it passes, or the sounds of a Bahamian island waking up in the morning. Come enjoy the best of both worlds, the magic of the islands and the modern features of newly-built Villa, just for you.
