JOURNEE727The recent black out in the U.S.A. and Canada has caused the local power companies to improve on their serves to wards the public they have promised that "This will never happen Again." America is a country that everyone puts their trust in. but promises are a comfort to a fool and they must realize that these things are manmade anything is possible. What if they were in the position that most of Harbour Islanders. We experience more power outages and loss of water pressure than any other island. Our appliances are destroyed and B.E.C. sometimes refuse to compensate you for your products. the length of time it takes for compensation you will have already had a new model. The govt last year promised that thi problem would be resolved.. unfortunity it has not. It is time that the community gets together and ring their ears on this situation. minister Bradley we are tired of this problem. there is no expalination from your cooperation. what is the problem.
