TwinairI thank everyone for their concern over the issue between the DOT and ourselves. This issue has been closed since early this year by our agreeing to remove the posted schedule from the website and making a "donation" of 20K reduced to 10K. Additionally we agreed to secure "commuter" status. This is in process, but a slow one. We have had full schedueled authority from Nassau for many years.
The commuter status from the DOT will allow us to increase our frequency to the island. Our aircraft and pilots already meet schedueled requirements.

There is no open issue that could effect our flights negatively.

Thank you for your support over the past 35+ (50 counting Red Aircraft) years and we plan to be there another 50.
