KimberlyWell, Comm. Cooper says that local police have done a great job in recent weeks in rounding up the suspects, and that the break-ins of both local and expat homes have stopped.

Hope this helps calms everyone's nerves --

RichardA neighbor in the village called me this morning and said their cottage had been broken into about 2 weeks ago. I was told by someone else that there had been a rash of break-ins,(like 17) but was under the impression that many were solved, or that the persons responsible had been arrested. Can anyone on the island with some knowledge of this share some info? Has it slowed, stopped, or is the bad guy still out there???
