Fig Tree News Team[Ed. -- Troi Ferguson is the former general manager of the Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation, BAIC.]

Hello Friends!

I am now part of a dynamic organization, BSCA, that was conceived by a group of visionary Bahamian Sportfishermen.

The BSCA is a non-profit organization, which recognizes lodges, guides & fishing professionals who show personal commitment to caring for the fishery & nursery areas.

The BSCA is actively identifying critical needs across The Bahamas. Our first priority is to restore water flow through major creeks & rejuvenate inland lakes.

Donations & membership fees directly support these efforts.

We are working to protect the following:
The largest sportfishing flats area in the world
The third & fourth largest reef system in the world
The largest concentration of blue holes in the world
The largest tropical nursery system in the world
The largest mangrove ecosystem in the Western Hemisphere

Please check our website & consider joining. Information is included on memberships. Corporate sponsorships are also welcomed.

Best Regards,
Troi A. Ferguson, President
