|Bella||Thanks Kimberly. To answer the first question a macrobiotic chef is a chef who cooks to the apecifications of the macrobiotic diet. This ia a somewhat complicated diet featuring quite a bit of grains, fruits and veggies. Quite a number of people subscribe to this for health, weight loss and cancer treatment and prevention.|
