KimberlyYes, MA'AM: Picasso caught the Bandit on the security cameras when he wrangled an Intrepid at the Romora Ray dock early yesterday morning. Picasso called the police, and they shot out the Intrepid's boat engines just as the Bandit was about to go through the south cut.

I am so proud that our tiny North Eleuthera police force and smart, savvy island community caught this man, where two years of American technology had failed to ensure his capture.

Happy Independence Day, indeed!
