To ensure that your packages are imported duty-free, please remember to clearly LABEL all parcels earmarked for the Briland Community Computer Center/Library effort to note Senior Commissioner Cephas Cooper, c/o Customs Officer Cox, Harbour Island Community Center.

island ladyI really like the grant idea of improving the library, but wonder whether your noble efforts are being support? Are local Harbour Island-ers attending these meetings too?

JudyThe Library restoration project is moving forward. The 3rd meeting of the "Friends of the Library" will be held this Tuesday night, Feb 4th, in the Library at 7:00PM. Everyone is urged to attend so they can hear about the progress. Some of the topics to be covered include:
- Building Renovation Plans
- Boat Sale - donated boat
- Cataloging the Books
- Demo of web based catalog
