Judy Saturday, April 5 is our First Library Festival from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. A day to celebrate books and libraries! Guest readers , a giant used book sale, storybook characters, tours to see the progress of the renovation work and more are planned. We are searching for (1) any old photos of Harbour Island's library - when it was on Church Street, at the Sugar Apple, or in its present location. Any photos/snapshots would be wonderful. Also we are looking to borrow a copy of C.S. Lewis' The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe- for the day. If you have either of these items,(1) photos or (2) book, we would like to use them. Contact Judy Savage, Pascale Saunders, or Godfrey Kelly. Thanks and please search for us.
