How would the area Three Islands and Harbour Island islands expect to raise the funds needed to develop the hangar necessary at North Eleuthera airport for such an endeavour, add fuel to the North Eleuthera airport where there is none at the present time, train local pilots that will stay [so far, the only local pilot we have is Phil Cleare, and he's with the airlines in Nassau], operate a central communications system that will coordinate such relief efforts ... all on the private dime? We're doing this on our own for now, right?
