The first-ever Briland Unplugged Music Festival -- scheduled to take place at the Ball Field on December 27th -- will feature the best of Briland musical [and culinary] talent. Various gospel choirs and local musicians will be on hand, as well as The Funk Gang, The Courage Band, HogHeads, Fantastic 2, James Major, Italia, Sea Breeze, and many others to be announced. Better yet, for all of you off-island Brilanders who won't be able to join us for the daylong festivities, the concert will be available for streaming once we get Online Radio Briland off the ground. We're just putting the finishing touches on the project, but you'll soon be able to listen to your favourite island music around the clock ... and purchase your favourite albums, including those of the classic Percentie Brothers.
