I apologize for "Partyman" and his flip response to your inquiry. To the best of my knowledge there is no place on Harbour Island to rent jet skis. If anybody does it, it might be Valentine's Marina.
Wisconsin Dells is a very tacky resort in Central Wisconsin where all they do is jet ski and water ski. That isn't the main focus on Harbour Island, hence Partyman's flip response.
