Looking for a warm destination for next Christmas. Just returned from Mexico. Although we've vacationed there for several seasons, this time I'd had it with all the litter. It was as if the sides of the roads were garbage dumps. It made me sick! So, I'm in search of a place with nearly perfect weather and flyfishing from the beach. How was the weather this past Christmas and how's the fishing that time of year?
