We are going to spend aot of money. YOU, are going to make sure that we are taken care of. In fact, if we have any issues we are going to track you down and hash it out face to face. Seeing as you look important here you are officially christened our Minister of Fun. Once again, if we have any problems you are the gatekeeper to our solutions. Now that he owns a place in the Bahamas he does next to nothing to support Briland or Bahamian music. Instead, you are stuck listening to records by Jamaicans from his company most of the time.... : : : : : Just wanted to let everyone know how poorly we were treated over the Christmas holiday by the manager of the Pink Sands. My wife and I are regulars on the Island (my family has owned a house on the island for the past 15 years, and we also help rescue island dogs). : : : : : We had just ordered drinks at the indoor bar and went to play a game of pool/billiards, which we always do when we visit the bar. However, on this occasion, we were told by the manager that we were not permitted to play because we were not staying at the Pink Sands. He would not give us the pool cues and said that we absolutely could not play, no exceptions! (but of course, it was OK for them to take our money for drinks at the bar). Obviously, we cancelled our drink order and told the manager that this is not the friendly island way to treat visitors, not to mention regulars. All of this over a game of pool!!! : : : : : Well, Pink Sands, due to your unfriednly manager, you have lost our respect and our business. : : : : : : : : The same thing happened to us last spring. We have also been coming to Harbour Island for 45 years and always stayed at Pink Sands until Andrew destroyed. They have gotten way too big for their britches and that kind of attitude Island wide has changed the flavor of the place. : : : : I hope you complain to their headquarters.
