about the only way is to return to nassau from harbor island then go to cat island. Cat Island Air and Bahamas Air fly to Cat Island from Nassau. these are scheduled flights that leave in the morning.
Bo Hengy doesn't go to cat island but the good ol' mail boat does.
You can charter a plane from Nassau to come pick you up in HI and deliver you to Cat Island. But expect it to cost $900 or more.
