The Briland Modem has just received word of the passing of Kirk Culmer, loving husband of Lona and steadfast friend to many, many folks on the island. As we get details of the planned memorial service and funeral, such will be published here. Mr. Kirk is remembered fondly by a host of friends and relatives around the world.
