We're a german couple from Berlin looking for some house to rent for 6 weeks/beginning december 2001. We have two girls (1 and 2 3/4 years old by then). All the information we have found until now, says Harbour Island is the perfect place to survive the german winter. Still we'd like to know, whether it is also a nice place for children (not too many cars, other children in the neighborhood - our eldest daughter visits an english kindergarten in Berlin by the way - after all: children communicate in their universal language, don't they?).
We'd be very thankful for any hint you could give us.
