The "black listing" only happened in/to The Bahamas because all trails (of drug money) were leading there. Most of the international financial community is now washing their hands of complicity in these and other crimes. Its a good thing as she would say. Most of the attention the Bahamas received was the result of the behavior of the former Prime Minister. He was damn near indicted by a U. S. Grand Jury. A major investigation was convened in the Bahamas and determined he had a hell of a lot more assets than he could account for. While the Bahamian's business is the Bahamian's business, we all have to realize that if you choose to run with the big dogs, you might have to pay a price. The banking community is paying theirs now.
