Having been to cutlass bay five times, here is the truth: it was a clothing optional resort where most of the guests were middle aged folks who had never skinny-dipped before. I never heard or saw any drug use. There were no sexual overtures or "swinging" behavior. Frankly the people there looked a lot better with their clothes on.
