Do you have the equivalent of a Chinatown nearby? When I'm in Los Angeles, I can get fresh-frozen conch from Nassau at ABC Seafood, which is a seafood wholesaler in L.A.'s Chinatown. Great prices, too. Just a thought ... hope it helps.
