My new wife and I will be visiting Harbour Island in early July for our honeymoon, and are looking forward to visiting - we've heard many wonderful things about the island and its people.
I researched the July weather, and it told me that the average daily temperature is 88 and the rainfall for the month is 6+ inches. Averages can be deceiving, so what does these figures mean? Over the course of 8-9 days, can we expect a little rain every afternoon, or a just a few days of strong downpours? Can somebody give me a rough sense of what to expect?
My second question regards the Independence Day celebrations. What sorts of events could we watch or join in?
