How many people can a golf cart hold?

We're staying on Spanish Wells for 3 weeks this June. We'd like to visit Harbour Island a couple times. Last year, when we were there, there were no golf carts available for rent, so we ended up riding our bikes that we took over on the fast ferry from Spanish Wells. It was too hot and too many hills. What does it cost to rent a golf cart for four?
