Now March 18..and it not here yet!. They did not
take it to the dock until two weeks AFTER payment
received and cleared..tho several telephone calls
to them received "promises" that it is "going down
tomorrow"....THEN when it did go they either forgot or lost all export paper work to go with it
such as copies our Bahamian passport, Power of
Attorney for them to expoert without us being there etc.... when that was discovered (another
few days).. we then had to fax all that from here... Meanwhile a call to them to complain just
brought on a lot of defense propaganda. Bottom line was we finally, to satisfy US Cusotms (outboud check)... had to fly to Florida and
present ourselves in person. Dealer never did
make attempt to cover for lost or forgotten
paperwork. We now told jeep will be here wednesday March 21. OUr problem with MY was not
making errors.. it was apparent total lack of
concern, empathy, (or help) when missing paper work was discovered missing.
