Kimberly I found the info on the company here in the US that donated an ambulance to Abaco after the last big Hurricane, they are located in Georgia. Since the company does not know my name do you want me to turn the info over to you or ask the consulate in NY to call.
The company donates older ambulances and the one that Abaco got was a fully rigged truck.
Let me know how you would like to proceed, it would be nice if we could get one for the island.
