Twin Air out of Fort Lauderdale has been the most reliable means of transportation from Florida for the past few years. Say hello to Mrs. G ... she'll take excellent care of you. [The telephone number for Twin Air is somewhere on this site. I'd guess transportation.] Out of Nassau, you can't beat the Fast Ferry for beauty. Bahamasair has a 2 o'clock out of Nassau to North Eleuthera, and a 4 o'clock into Governor's Harbour [about 60 mi south of North Eleuthera, the airport you're most likely to fly into for Harbour Island.] From Governor's, you can take a cab for about $70 total.
