Hmmm -- probably no inclusive hotels, just in Nassau and Freeport [like Club Med and Sandals]. The Out Islands are pretty laidback. But a variety of room rates are available, from Tingum Village on the lower end [$60/night] all the way up to Pink Sands [$400 and up]. From Boston, you'd fly into Lauderdale [and connect with Twin Air] and then into North Eleuthera airport ... or perhaps Boston straight into Nassau and then you can either take a flight to North Eleuthera or [better still] the fast ferry [www.bahamasferries.com] from Nassau to North Eleuthera. Dining is available for all budgets, and it's all yummy.
