Thanks Kimberly, but what do the initials PLP mean and what do you think PM means with "Wait until the PLP is back"?

While I'm asking questions, I have another. Do we have two different people posting as PM? The most recent PM postings appear to be those of a local person. If true, I'm concerned that some of us who have been so critical and verbal with the original PM may inadvertently hurt or offend a local person who uses the same "handle".
