Hey ..... this is great, PM. You start a thread, you answer yourself, and you keep it going. There is nothing wrong with that either. When I was a kid a few years ago, my mother told me that it was perfectly OK to talk to yourself, answer, even argue, but it was a very bad sign if after all that you said "Huh". You haven't done that yet, so keep it going. We knew that you had a special interest in garbage when after an article on George Major's board, where he mentioned a garbage problem, you immediately posted an inquiry about the garbage problem on Dunmore Street.
