Your kids would go crazy if you stayed at the Rainbow Inn - you might too. There is nothing for teenage kids there. It is VERY remote - that's great for some, but not teenagers. My husband and I stopped by there last summer to check it out and I was SO relieved we didn't book there. The owner (some crusty guy), was very rude. We just came by to look at the place and were made to feel terrible about inconviencing him.There's no way I would ever stay there. With teenagers, stay on HI - you'll have a much more enjoyable time.
