Oh lets not forget they do not have TV or phone available in your room either. The satellite service and phone service is down. If you rent a car you must park it off of the resort too and be resposible if anything happens to it. Yes even if it is raining! And don't dare to ask for a partial refund for services you did not receive, they will tell you they will get their lawyers and sue you.
