I realize that, but I was just throwing out some thoughts on any potential large scale casino/hotel/resort. My point being, any major resort would require incredible amounts of local infrastructure upgrade. Also, it's always a mystery rumor, no facts regarding Casino/hotel plans of course, just something overheard....
