The Beach is about a 5 minute walk from the Bahama House. You may want to ask if they provide umbrellas to guests as I'm not aware of any of the hotels that allow you to use their equipment.

: I am considering staying at the Bahama House Inn when I finally do visit Harbour Island. If I do stay at such a place rather than at a hotel, is there a beach that I can go to? Also, would I be able to use a beach umbrella? I realize, all of a sudden, that access to beach umbrellas is a REALLY good reason to stay at a larger hotel. But I don't want to. Could I rent one, or use facilities at a hotel during the day?
