No, Your lawyer is; if you got a good 'un, you will win. If you have a lousy one, you'll lose.
Get a well connected, expensive Nassau, Bay Street lawyer; don't be cheap; you will save in the end.
You might try Oswald Issacs; he's been around Nassau a long time. He's on Bay Street. Otherwise, ask around for the best and most powerful.
