It appears that PM's mom has indeed dropped the little guy on his head. However, bystanders at the Island Bay Rhum tasting contest disagreed on the number of times he had been dropped.
"It could have been as often as 15 times" Chonchita Conch said. Another person mentioned that she was "not absolutely certain" if the floor was sand, concrete or wood.
A phsysician , also part of the party , examined the little guy later on and said, that while the mass of brain was not affected, some of the wiring might "have been permanently damaged"
As for now grown up PM, he has made known that people should vote for or against him posting ??messages??. Comments included "that he could stay" if he would be rewired. Other voters said that they would help PM to move and are willing to establish a "PM to leave at AM" fund to cover the cost of such massive undertaking.
The majority, however, has concluded that the PM will be back anyway. No matter what the outcome of the election will be.
People like him just can't quit.
