I didn't say "stale" establishment? Like it or not, there's an establishment, sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes stale, sometimes vibrant, it's not organized per se, but it has an effect on almost everything decided in a small community...everyonce in while, someone should shake up the establishment to effect change, real change, that's positive and helpful, not just change to be different or disruptive, because the "establisment" gets intrenched in status quo and protecting their terf...so you need to make them look " outside the lines" for solutions etc.
You need a "change agent" in HI, but that takes courage and leadership to effect real change and bring about new approaches to old problems...He or She is out there, you just need to wake them up and give them encouragement.
: Flounder, I do live and work here and cannot see any kind of stale establishment as you say here on this board, half the time no one here is signing their name anyway because they do not want to be attack by Party Man more.
