Just got off the phone with Giovanna Knowles' husband in Nassau. First, he too heard no injuries on the island. Giovanna is on the Bohengy heading for HI to eyeball the damage herself, but the preliminary report she got was that damage on the beach side was minimal. In fact, Matthew said they were told that instead of eroding the sand OUT to sea, Michelle actually brought it IN. Wouldn't that be a hoot! I will call her back this afternoon to verify and post ASAP afterwards. Keep your fingers crossed.
