The Outfitters post at the Briland board on 10/10/01 give you all of the contact information and list of available merchandise, but if you order a phone and mention the Briland Modem, they'll give you 20 percent off of your purchase. [Ask for Al or Jim or Scott.] We did the same thing after Hurricane Floyd with Motorola [and Iridium], and because we bought several dozen phones within one month of the storm, they offered a similarly substantial discount. These satellite stores very much want to target affinity sites, and with the Briland Modem getting 65,000 unique visits a month from 30 different countries, for example, we attract a lot of similar group offers. Briland Modem members have bought ten satcom phones over the past month, for example. We'd be happy to share our group resources with the Eleu.net site in the meantime.
