First, Valentine's Dive is a seperate Company and Leaseholder from Valentine's Marina. It is owned and solely operated by Chris and Laura and is doing very well thank you.
No one turned Andy in...Immigration does not allow transfer of Work permits for anyone, thus Andy was put in a temporary situation of being without a permit until Fox or someone else applies for this permit and pays the $3500.00 per annum that is required for a Diver/Instructors permit, during that interval Andy has to be off the island...The ball is in Fox's hands, no one elses my friend.
: Andy is living at a hotel in Florida .When Andy expressed interest in working for Ocean Fox Diving, Chris and Laura (the present owners of Valentine's Dive Center) turned him into immigration and he was expelled from the Bahamas.
