Thanksgiving on Harbour Island this year was far more quiet than usual. There were fewer tourists (maybe Americans and others are still afraid to fly). The island was recovering from the hurricane - brown plants were starting to turn green again, the hibiscus was back in bloom and the beach was more beautiful than ever. I am always so thankful to spend Thanksgiving here - it reminds me to look around and be thankful always for the beauty of life!
