they were more interested in telling how good they were, compared to others, than showing. their customer service was poor or non ixistent and they took us to crummy places and then didnt care that we werent happy. dont book a dive at full price and then say we cant do it because of this or that. and tell us "at least you got wet". all in all the worst dive experience we ever had anywhere. who else did you say was good?
: Sorry that you had a bad experience. I've dived with both Valentines and Ocean Fox over the years. What specifically went wrong for you at Valentine's? Their dive center reads the board, and would be interested in your thoughtful comments. Is there anything that we can do help you?
