Hey, a rumour a day on Briland keeps the doctor away! Who's your inside source, though? We've been told by the folks in charge at the Ministry of Works and the Ministry of Transport both that the airport will not close; that the repaving will be done in segments at night; and that construction of the second, longer airstrip beside the old one will begin at the end of the month. They've also gone on the record with those statements on ZNS, Island FM and the Nassau Guardian. We've got them on the record contradicting your source.
