I have been a frequent visitor to Harbour for the past 18 years,and yes, it has changed.I am sure more so for those who live there on a permanent basis then for us guests.
Changes are inevitable and sometimes with the good comes the bad.
One thing that hasn't changed though is that Briland is still one of the most beautiful and friendliest places on this planet,let's all work on it to let it stay this way.
