Glad that we have such passionate SCUBA fans on the Board! I spoke with both Jef Fox and Comm. Williams today, and both confirmed that there was never an imminent closure of Ocean Fox in the works. It had come to central government's attention that some of Ocean Fox's paperwork had been lost in the shuffle [transitioning Ocean Fox from Romora Bay Club to Harbour Island Marina] ... and that's all, folks. No underhanded conspiracy on the part of Valentine's Dive Center, just some mixed up paperwork in Nassau. Jef is fine, but worried about his dog Briland and taking him for treatment this week in Florida. Both dive centres are looking forward to a busy winter season.
