He didn't "dis" Briland! Can't anyone offer a different opinion around here without being jumped on? The fact that the menu items listed in the article were described as " worked over" and "frustratingly complex" may not be appealing to all! Of course it's wonderful to have the island mentioned in such glowing terms but it doesn't mean that everyone has to agree on the tone of an article or the appeal of a restaurant! And since this is a "forum" shouldn't people feel free to say what they think? I for one find DBC entirely too expensive and not to my liking. So what?
