The marmalade recipe is on page 133, bottom, of the Best O Briland cookbook. When on Harbour Island I used only sour oranges, but added the other fruit so it could be used in case sours were not available.
If there are more details needed or you don't have the cook book write me at the above address and I will send it to you.
Still make marmalade, have a calimondin (sp) in my yard and it too makes good stuff.
